Nerja has a wonderful ideal all year round climate which really is the best in Europe. On average, Nerja can expect about 200 days per year to be sunny and virtually cloudless with high average winter temperatures of 10.5 to 18.2 and yet within a 90 minute drive you can be skiing on the Sierra Nevada Ski slopes.

This beautiful large glorious house is set in a fabulous position, just on the outskirts of Nerja.

The villa has Five bedrooms: sleeps 10-11.

Light and airy very spacious for a big family or groups sharing. Enter across the huge open terrace around the pool with covered pergola. The house has marble floors throughout every room is spacious and full of light. There is an 'L'-shaped lounge with open fireplace and dining room surrounded by terraces.

Spacious well-equiped kitchen cloakroom with washing machine, one double bedroom and one twin bedroom, both ensuite. Up the marble stairs to third twin bedroom with its magnificent roof terraces with views all over Nerja to the sea and surrounding mountains.

Below is a completly self contained apartment, with separate access. Two bedrooms one double and one twin, kitchen/dinning room and walk in shower/bathroom. All newly built and modern style with three large French windows overlooking the valley below and across to the mountains.

The villa is delightfull, enjoying a certain amount of privacy, without being isolated. The villa has easy access to the motorway which is 1 kilometre away which gives accees to Malaga / Granada / Seville.

FACILITIES

Cot and high chair 44 Euros, 30 pounds per week.

300 Euros (200 pounds) refundable breakage deposit payable one month before arrival, to confirm booking a 50% deposit cheque has to be sent, balance cheque one month before arrival.

Final cleaning is included in all fees. If extra cleaning it may be charged for.

Again please note our lovely villas are aimed at familly use. Groups of youngsters not supervised or students are not welcome. In this respect we reserve the right to refuse admission.
