Nerja has a wonderful ideal all year round climate which really is the best in Europe. On average, Nerja can expect about 200 days per year to be sunny and virtually cloudless with high average winter temperatures of 10.5 to 18.2 and yet within a 90 minute drive you can be skiing on the Sierra Nevada Ski slopes.
This Lovely four bedroom villa has; three twins and one double bedroom, two full bathrooms and a W.C., well equiped kitchen with dining area. Spacious lounge looking out to the sunny terraces and the private pool, which is 30 foot by 12. Also all in the same level: barbeque area, and roof terrace with views to the sea and mountains.
The property faces south so you get the sun all day. The villa is situated in a quiet residential area, but still walking distance to Nerja's town centre and beaches - around 5/10 minutes walk to everything. It is also very private.

300 Euros, 200 pounds refundable breakage deposit payable one month before arrival to confirm booking a 50% deposit cheque has to be sent, balance cheque one month before arrival.
Final cleaning is included in all fees. If extra cleaning it may be charged for.
Again please note our lovely villas are aimed at familly use. Groups of youngsters not supervised or students are not welcome. In this respect we reserve the right to refuse admission.
