This lovely bungalow, in a most gorgeous area of Valencia, is situated such that it is ideal for a relaxing family holiday, as well as being a perfect place for golfers. Even non-golfers can appreciate the wonderful peaceful and beautifully relaxing surroundings, whilst perhaps barbecuing on the terrace, which overlooks the 15th hole. Apart from the wonderful surroundings of the beautiful Villa Martin Course, you have the delightful white sandy beaches within easy reach, approximately 1 mile (5 minutes by car or 25 minutes stroll), the lovely historic town of Orihuela, the markets, restaurants, and everything that makes for a wonderful family holiday! Villa Antonio is a peaceful oasis, after a busy day of sightseeing and sunbathing, taking a leisurely rest by the fabulous pool, and of course shopping! Villa Antonio is situated such, that you may not ever want to venture very far at all, and just prefer to soak up the Spanish sun on it’s wonderful terraces with a refreshing drink!”

It is located just 10 minutes away from Murcia airport or 45 minutes away from Alicante airport, with easy motorway access. The small community shares a private pool surrounded by gardens. The bungalow is located within easy reach of the busy port of Cartegena and the wonderful city of Valencia. It is within easy access of several golf clubs, Villamartin,Las Ramblas, Campavor, the world famous La Manga and many more, which makes it ideal for the golfer.
The bungalow is semi-detached with private gardens.It sleeps 4 persons in one double, one twin accomodation which have ceiling fans, the twin bedroom has its own vanity unit and washbasin. It is well equipped with microwave, laundry facilities and dishwasher. Satellite TV is available. It is within a five minute walk of supermarkets, shops restaurants and bars and there are several large colourful street markets held weekly in the local vicinity. Watersports and sporting activities are located nearby. Airport pick up can be arranged.

The apartment is in a quiet residential area and has the benefit of Satellite TV.

Final cleaning is included in all fees. If extra cleaning it may be charged for.

Please note our properties are aimed at familly use or adult groups. Groups of youngsters not supervised or students are not welcome. In this respect we reserve the right to refuse admission.
