On average, Nerja can expect about 200 days per year to be sunny and virtually cloudless with high average winter temperatures of 10.5 to 18.2 and yet within a 90 minute drive you can be skiing on the Sierra Nevada Ski slopes.

The property is situated on the peaceful urbanization of Punta Lara, approximately 2km west of Nerja. It is only 10 minutes walk from the beach, has 3 bars/restaurants that cater for the whole family within 200 meters and a communal pool (only accessable to residents adults and childrens) which also has an infant pool monitored by a qualified lifeguard when open between May and September. This is a typical Spanish house comprising two twin bedrooms, one large bathroom with shower on the ground floor. Large lounge/diner with air conditioning, fully fitted kitchen, shower/wc room on the second floor. The villa also has a balcony with sea views to enjoy the peace and solitude of balmy evenings. The villa is 800mtrs from Playa Playazo which it overlooks, from where you can go for a stroll and discover a number of chiringuitos and sample the delights of spanish cuisine and the wonderful, but yet inexpensive, local vino. Playa Playazo links directly to the beautiful Playa Torrecilla and Nerja town. This is a beautiful 20 minute stroll along the waters edge whilst soaking up the fantastic Costa Del Sol sun.
