This holiday Villa is 800 metres rom the world famous Burriana Beach and within a short walk of Nerja town, its other lovely beaches and fabulous restaraunts. Golf is abundant on the Costa Del Sol and within 15 minutes drive from the Villa is one of the many Golf Courses the Costa Del sol is famous for Baviera Golf.

The climate in Nerja is wonderful on average, Nerja can expect about 200 days per year to be virtually cloudless with high average winter temperatures of 10.5 to 18.2 and yet within a 90 minute drive you can be skiing on the Sierra Nevada Ski slopes.

The accommodation consists of a Beautiful two bedroom and 2 bathroom property on the lovely urbinisation Paraiso Blanco near to the famous Burrianna Beach and town. The urbanisation has its own lovely communal pool and beautiful gardens. The property is a two storey south facing house with a lovely aspect looking over the pool and gardens. The property has a large sitting / dining room and fully fitted kitchen complete with fridge freezer, dishwasher and microwave oven.   The main bedroom has a large tastefully tiled en-suite bathroom with a walk in shower. The twin bedded bedroom also has en suite facilities with shower. The property can sleep up to five persons as there is a good quality camp bed available, which can be accommodated either in one of the bedrooms or in the lounge, if that is the preferred option.   There is a sun terrace and large south facing patio leading off the master bedroom.   The house is tastefully furnished throughout with washing machine, television and radio cassette.
