We are now resident in Nerja and, by request, have expanded into Property Management, which includes key-holding, cleaning, laundry / linen changes and general property management / maintenance, all at very competitive prices.
We also promote and advertise properties in Nerja on our website and have been very sucesseful in this particular venture.If you would like to advertise on our very successful site we will build your property web page for absolutely FREE, we would then require a small commission from any rentals we secure through the site. We also advise on how best to present the property to secure the maximum rentals, taking any necessary photographs with a view to showing the property at its very best!!.
