2 bedrooms, one is a double and the other is twin bedded. Shower room, living/dining room that seats. four, well fitted kitchen with hob, oven, fridge, freezer, iron and ironing board, toaster, microwave and washing machine.
The apartment has air conditioning for the summer and also heating for the winter evenings.
House linen is provided, please bring your own beach towels.
The apartment is in a quiet residential area and has the benefit of Satellite TV.
Facing South and West the apartment benefits from all day sun.
The apartment has two terraces one with a spash pool, patio furniture and car parking to the rear of the apartment.
Activities within easy reach include golf, sailing, scuba diving, aqua park to name a few, and the ski resorts are only 2 hours drive.
PRICES
Prices are in Pounds and will be calculated in Euros or other currencies on day of Payment
Cot and high chair 44 Euros, 30 pounds per week.
300 Euros (200 pounds) refundable breakage deposit payable one month before arrival, to confirm booking a 50% deposit cheque has to be sent, balance cheque one month before arrival.
Final cleaning is included in all fees. If extra cleaning it may be charged for.
Again please note our lovely villas are aimed at familly use. Groups of youngsters not supervised or students are not welcome. In this respect we reserve the right to refuse admission.
