This Self Catering Luxury Villa has a fabulous community Pool and is ideal family accommodation for up to 6 persons at a low budget and affordable price. This holiday Villa is within 600 metres from Playazo beach and within walking distance of all the lovely beaches that Nerja has on offer. Golf is abundant on the Costa Del Sol and within 15 minutes drive from the Villa is one of the many Golf Courses the Costa Del sol is famous for Baviera Golf.
The climate in Nerja is wonderful and really is the best in Europe. In the winter months, the temperature can be easily warm enough to sunbathe, and spend time on the beach, yet within an hour and a half drive away in the Sierra Nevada Mountains, you can spend the morning skiing on the slopes there.
The Accommodation is a Luxury 3 bedroomed Villa , on 2 floors in the beautiful area of Punta Lara in Nerja with white marble tiles throughout the property.
The ground floor accommodation consists of a large open plan sitting room, equipped with Sat TV and DVD, which opens up through patio doors on to a beautiful sun terrace. It also has a fully fitted kitchen, including dishwasher, oven and hob, fridge freezer, washing machine and microwave oven.
On the ground floor there is a double bedroom with en suite facility suitable for the elderly or person who have difficulty with stairs. The upper floor has a further 2 bedrooms, both with en suite facilities and ceiling fans. The upper bedrooms also has a lovely spacious sun terrace. Each room is fitted with ceiling fans but if air conditioning is required there is a unit in the open plan lounge and dining room area, which can be used at an extra cost.
The villa is a short walk to one of the many lovely beaches in Nerja (approx 500mtrs) and several Merenderos (beach bar / restaurants).
The villa has a lovely swimming pool which is shared with the 9 other properties on El Paso and therefore is never overcrowded in the summer months.
The many varied and wonderful bars and restaurants of Nerja are only a 20 minute walk or a 2 minute drive away, although there are also good choices of restaurants within a very short walk of the property.
Both sun terraces are south facing, fully equipped with good quality garden furniture making it an idyllic location to eat or just enjoy the fantastic 'Costa Del Sol' sunshine
Buses and taxis are available from the airport approximately 1 hour away
