Beautiful self catering Villa in wonderful Nerja. This Self Catering Luxury Villa has a fabulous Private Pool and is ideal family accommodation for up to 7 persons at a low budget and affordable price. This holiday Villa is 5 minutes walk of Burriana Beach and within walking distance of the Balcon de Europe and all the lovely beaches that Nerja has on offer.

Golf is abundant on the Costa Del Sol and within 15 minutes drive from the Villa is one of the many Golf Courses the Costa Del sol is famous for Baviera Golf.

Nerja has a wonderful ideal all year round climate which really is the best in Europe. On average, Nerja can expect about 200 days per year to be sunny and virtually cloudless with high average winter temperatures of 10.5 to 18.2 and yet within a 90 minute drive you can be skiing on the Sierra Nevada Ski slopes.

Casa La Torre is a beautiful detached villa with a self-contained apartment; comprising of twin-bedded sitting room with kitchen and bathroom.

Upstairs there is a large spacious lounge with well equiped kitchen, leading upstairs to one double and one twin bedroom and bathroom, satellite t.v., private pool. Bed linen and towels are provided. Please bring your own beach towels.

There are large sunny terraces all around the property with views to the sea and mountains.

There is a terrace off the apartment bellow with a gas barbaque,table and chairs, off the lounge there is another terrace with lovely views to the sea with table and chairs and off the double bedroom upstairs there is another terrace with spectacular views all around the Almijara mountains and the sea.

The property is situated in a quiet residential area; 5 minutes walk to Burriana beach, and 15 minutes walk to Nerja´s town centre.Nerja has numerous amenities, restaurants, shops and the world famous Balcon de Europe. Please click on the following link to see a video of Nerja

As there is a sofabed in the apartment it could take up to six people plus one child.

Ground floor Kitchenette two single beds plus a sofa bed and ensuite bathroom.

First floor main kitchen/dining area and lounge with large terrace views over the swimming pool down the valley to the sea.

Top floor one double bedroom with terrace, one twin bedroom and full bathroom.

Private pool 8x4m, 1-2 metres deep, washing machine, ceiling fans in all rooms, gas B.B.Q and Car park outside the villa.

PRICES

Cot and high chair 44 Euros, 30 pounds per week.

300 Euros (200 pounds) refundable breakage deposit payable one month before arrival, to confirm booking a 50% deposit cheque has to be sent, balance cheque one month before arrival.

Final cleaning is included in all fees. If extra cleaning it may be charged for.

Again please note our lovely villas are aimed at familly use. Groups of youngsters not supervised or students are not welcome. In this respect we reserve the right to refuse admission.
