Beautiful self catering Apartment Burriana Beach in wonderful Nerja. This Self Catering Apartment has is ideal family accommodation for up to 4 persons at a low budget and affordable price. This holiday Apartment is frontline on Burriana Beach and within walking distance of all the lovely beaches that Nerja has on offer.
Golf is abundant on the Costa Del Sol and within 15 minutes drive from the Apartment is one of the many Golf Courses the Costa Del sol is famous for Baviera Golf.
Nerja has a wonderful ideal all year round climate which really is the best in Europe. On average, Nerja can expect about 200 days per year to be sunny and virtually cloudless with high average winter temperatures of 10.5 to 18.2 and yet within a 90 minute drive you can be skiing on the Sierra Nevada Ski slopes.
The Apartment is south facing overlooking the Mediterranean with mountain views. Comfortably furnished and with a fully fitted kitchen. There is a large terrace area for relaxing or entertaining. The apartment is located directly in front of Burriana Beach which has been awarded the Blue Flag of the European Union on numerous occasions.
Facilities
The apartment has 1 x Double Bedroom, 1 x Twin Bedroomand, 1 bathroom which has a bath with shower-over and WC, Fully Fitted Kitchen including oven, hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle and toaster.
The lounge is furnished with two 2 seater settees and a coffee table. Dining area with dining table and 4 chairs. English satellite TV and a DVD player are installed. There is a ceiling fan and heaters are provided during winter months.
The terrace has a patio table for alfresco dining, 6 chairs and 2 sunloungers all with cushions and a wind-out sun blind at the sitting room end of the balcony.
Towels and linen are supplied. You only need beach towels. Linen changed mid-holiday/weekly for all stays over 7 days!
The property is all on 1 level, and is suitable for children, the elderly or those with walking difficulties it is situated on the 2nd floor and there is a ramp and lift in the building. A cot is available upon request.
A supermarket is situated directly below the apartment. Souvenir shops, ice cream parlours, bars and restaurants all located along the beach front.
If you walk into the town (5 minutes) you have a choice of over 350 bars and restaurants. Nerja market is on Tuesdays and Sundays. Frigiliana market is on Thursdays.
Booking 20% deposit is required at time of booking and balance payable 8 weeks before you travel. If travel is within 8 weeks then full payment is necessary at time of booking.
Please note: Refundable deposit of £100 required at time of booking.
