Welcome to Villa Alqueria, an incredibly spacious Spanish style villa for your holiday accommodation in Nerja, nestling in the midst of a lovely Andalucian white urbanization in the foothills of the Sierra Almijara, where the mountains meet the blue Mediterranean Sea, in beautiful Nerja.

Villa Alqueria is ideal for your Self Catering Vacation holiday in Nerja. Situated in a very private, peaceful spot, yet convenient for the beach (5 minutes walk) and a 25 minute walk takes you directly into the town, which has lost none of it’s Spanish charm, and is full of interest, with wonderful views to see, and gorgeous places to sit and bathe in the warm sunshine.

The villa itself is amazingly spacious, and easily sleeps 12. It is quite easy to get lost whilst exploring the villa and gardens. It is necessary to wander around, and get a feel for this beautiful property. On three levels, this villa affords accommodation, which is not only lovely, but gives privacy and space to those who like to take time out occasionally, maybe just to take in the fantastic views of the mountains and sea, or to catch up on a little reading, or just simply have a nap in the sunshine. Villa Alqueria is furnished to a high standard in every room, and the kitchen is huge, giving more than enough space to cook in for a change, or if you prefer, every night…..There is also no shortage of dining space, either in the very large kitchen or in the dining room…not to mention lots of space outside for Al Fresco dining in the warm summer evenings, as well as a wonderful pool, which also has fabulous views all around. For your comfort in the winter, there is also a working fireplace, for a wonderful log fire when the temperature drops a little in the evenings…

There is room for at least three cars to park inside the large private gates - including a double garage, and large driveway…

All in all, it is very difficult to describe every single thing about this villa, as it has so many wonderful aspects to it! Lots of oooh’s and ahhh’s are guaranteed on first sight….

Nerja
Plenty of watersports and other activity sports available. Nerja has a running track and sports centre visitors can use. The Water park opens from Easter to October and the golf course are both in Vélez-Málaga, 15 minutes drive from Nerja where there is also a top standard golf course. The Costa del Sol/Malaga region
Nerja has the best climate on the mainland of Spain. Sheltered by a breathtaking backdrop of mountains and from the cold Atlantic winds, this is the perfect place to to use as a base for so many other locations in Andalucia.
Ideal for all types of holidays, from lazy beach holidays to winter and summer activity holidays. Plenty of activities are available; skiing, golf, horseriding, walking, watersports, etc... The historical city of Granada, Malaga centre, and smaller, delightful Andalusian villages like Ronda, Frigiliana, all within easy reach.
The ski resort of the Sierra Nevada is 1hr and 45 mins drive away and provides superb skiing. Open December to March and a great day out regardless of whether you want to ski or not.
