Golf Courses are abundant on the Costa Del Sol and within 15 minutes drive from the Villa is one of the many Golf Courses the Costa Del Sol is famous for Baviera Golf.

Nerja has an ideal climate which really is the best in Europe. On average, Nerja can expect about 200 sunny days per year with virtually cloudless skies and high average winter temperatures of 10.5 to 18.2, and yet within a 90 minute drive you can be skiing on the Sierra Nevada Ski slopes.

This beautiful 2 bedroom bungalow is on the very popular tropicano urbinisation which is 400 Meters from Playazo beach and a twenty minute walk into Nerja.

The bungalow has a lovely secluded furnished south facing terrace and garden area with sea views and views of the Alimijara mountains. The well equipped kitchen makes catering easy, and the delightful, south facing sitting/dining room, opening onto a terrace is a great place to relax after a sun soaked, fun filled day. The nearby pool with a children's area and bar restaurant is tempting, and the long Playazo beach is close at hand with several merenderos (beach cafes) for lunch or just a drink. One can stroll along the beach to Nerja in 20 minutes, or, if it's too hot to walk, a car journey takes about 5 minutes.
