Fabulous apartment, ideal location for those wanting everything at hand, 2 minutes from the beach, Community Swimming Pool, 3 mins walk from supermarket and stroll from Nerjas bars and restaurants and the fantatic Balcon de Europa. The apartment has two large bedrooms one with double bed and one with twin beds. Fully fitted kitchen. Large lounge diner with TV,DVD,CD and dining table. Patio doors out to terrace table and four chairs with mountain view. Underground secure parking available for a small car. Communal south facing swimming pools, 1 baby and 1 adult pool with shower and disabled toilets. Extra bed can be provided. Cots, highchairs etc can be hired. We have english TV channels available.
Here in Nerja you have everything! Mountains, sea, beautiful views everywhere you look; the old town of Nerja boasts wonderful restaurants, pavement café’s, wonderful tapas bars to sample authentic Spanish dishes - a truly lovely place to stay…..
Also, from here, it is easy to visit the city of Malaga - beautiful with it’s magnificent Cathedral, the Picasso Museum, whitewashed streets, and Piazzas where you can take in fantastic shopping or just sit and watch the world go by in any of the authentic cafés, bars and restaurants. Granada, Seville, Cordoba, and Ronda, are also within easy reach, and boast the most wonderful architecture and views.
Closer to home are the villages of Frigiliana and Maro and of course the famous Nerja Caves. Adjacent to the caves is a National Park, ideal for walks or picnics
Torrecilla beach:
Located at the bottom of the Town centre (Calle Malaga/Castillo Perez/Chaparil all take you down there) This beach has recently been re-developed to make it wider and deeper. You can hire sun-beds and umbrellas, and maybe even a pedallo. There are showers on the beach too.
The new promenade makes a nice walk along to Playazo beach, and now extends East past the plaza de la cangrejo.
There are two lovely and popular bar/restaurants right on the beach.

We require a non-refundable 25% deposit upon booking.
Smoking is not permitted in the apartment.
Pets are not allowed.
EXTRAS - Cleaning and laundry, towels included, (we do not supply beach towels). Fresh linen and towels provided for rents of longer than one week.
If you want the apartment cleaning during your stay this can be provided at a cost of 30 euro.
All broken items must be replaced.
Conditions
The apartment is on the third floor with stair and lift access.
Suitable for children but care must be taken on the terraces, they must be supervised and not allowed to climb on chairs, terrace wall is of a safe height.
The owners will not be liable for any loss or personal injury.
