The spacious lounge area is comfortable and comes with hot and cold air conditioning, ceiling fan, satellite TV, DVD and CD player with radio. The lounge is fitted with good quality fold away twin beds.The kitchen area comes complete with a free standing gas cooker, microwave, cordless kettle, toaster, full size fridge with freezer cabinet, washing machine and all the usual kitchen accessories. There is a separate dining room off the lounge with table and chairs and ceiling fan, leading directly on to the terrace. It is excellent for semi-alfresco dining, be it breakfast or dinner. In the dining room there is a large storage cupboard containing an iron, ironing board and clothes maid. Stepping out on to the terrace, you will find a table and chairs, two more storage cupboards containing two sun loungers, two beach chairs, and various other items/toys for the beach. There is also a washing line and pegs. On the terrace is a sun awning, roller blind and for your security, folding security gate.

Location:

This is a first floor apartment situated on the west-end tip of Torrox Costa on the border with El Morche, overlooking the pool, tennis court, gardens and the sea. There is a long promenade with many restaurants and bars to suit all pockets. Sun beds can be hired at very reasonable rates, and there are Supermarkets within walking distance.

From the beach, there are views of the mountains, where there are many walking tracks. Torrox Pueblo (village) has all the charm and beauty of an Andalusian town, with whitewashed houses, and narrow winding streets, and of course, a lovely village square, with pavement cafes and wonderful views. The village, a five minute drive from the coast, is protected by a natural mountain park, and has gained the title of “Best climate in Europe”.
