Villa Sierra Mar Burriana Beach- Beautiful 3 bedroom Villa with Private Pool overlooking Burriana Beach in wonderful Nerja. This Self Catering Luxury Villa has Air Conditioning and is ideal family accommodation for up to 7 persons. The Villa is within walking distance of all the lovely beaches, restaurants In Nerja and also the famous Balcon de Europe.

Golf is abundant on the Costa Del Sol and within 15 minutes drive from the Villa is one of the many Golf Courses the Costa Del sol is famous for Baviera Golf.

Nerja has a wonderful ideal all year round climate which really is the best in Europe. On average, Nerja can expect about 200 days per year to be sunny and virtually cloudless with high average winter temperatures of 10.5 to 18.2 and yet within a 90 minute drive you can be skiing on the Sierra Nevada Ski slopes.

South East facing villa with views of the Mediterranean sea and the Andalucian mountains. This villa boasts a private pool and ample terrace area, including a roof terrace, for relaxing and entertaining. The villa is located in the Burriana Beach area, within walking distance to the famous beach which has been awarded the Blue Flag of the European Union on numerous occasions.

There are 2 bathrooms, one with a bath and shower-over, and one is a showerroom. Both have a toilet and hand basin.
The kitchen is fully fitted and includes fridge/freezer, oven with hob, microwave, dishwasher, and washing machine.
An iron and ironing board are also provided.
In the lounge/dining area there is a dining table with chairs, two comfortable sofas and a television with English TV and a DVD player.
Outside there is a large terrace area with a private pool, shower, sun loungers, dining table with chairs and umbrella and a coffee table.

Clean towels and linen are supplied. You only need beach towels. Linen changed mid-holiday/weekly for all stays over 7 days!

The property is a house and has more than one level. The villa is suitable for children of all ages.
The villa is not wheelchair accessible. A cot is available upon request.

All amenities including a supermarket is within walking distance. If you walk into the town (5 minutes) you have a choice of over 350 bars and restaurants. Nerja market is on Tuesdays and Sundays. Frigiliana market is on Thursdays.

Booking 20% deposit is required at time of booking and balance payable 8 weeks before you travel. If travel is within 8 weeks then full payment is necessary at time of booking.
Please note: Refundable deposit of 100 Euros required at time of booking.
