In the winter months, the temperature can be easily warm enough to sunbathe, and spend time on the beach, yet within an hour and a half drive away in the Sierra Nevada Mountains, you can spend the morning skiing on the slopes there.
A beautiful ground floor 3 Bedroom apartment set within a shared complex of 15 Apartments close to Burriana beach. The complex offers a lovely Communal pool within secure, private gardens with lovely shaded areas within. The Apartment also has a secure private car parking area.
Set on a corner, the holiday home boasts a private garden with lawn complete with barbecue, patio furniture and an outside fridge to keep your drinks cool.

Modern Bathroom & Shower room and fully fitted kitchen with various appliances.
Entry to the property is from 2 pm. and departure must be before 10 am. (unless previously arranged). Bed linen and towels are changed once a week. Pets are not allowed.

Nerja is the ideal holiday destination with something for everyone. With pretty winding streets full of white washed properties it is a wonderful place to take an evening stroll. The focal point of the town is the 'Balcon de Europa' where holidaymakers and locals alike congregate to enjoy the views and a refreshing drink or two. There are plenty of excellent restaurants and bars in the area many of which offer alfresco dining. For the young set 'Tutti Frutti' square offers many late night bars and dancing until the early hours. There are several good sized beaches and sandy coves, the largest being the Burriana beach which offers good parking facilities and a number of very good beach bars and restaurants. Recommended excursions include the caves of Nerja in nearby Maro, the white washed 15th century village of Frigiliana and Marinas del Este in La Herradura. In addition, the Al-Hambra Palace in the beautiful old city of Granada.

Golf is abundant on the Costa Del Sol and within 15 minutes drive from the Villa is one of the many Golf Courses the Costa Del sol is famous for Baviera Golf.
Taxis into Nerja town centre are approx 7 euros.
