In the winter months, the temperature can be easily warm enough to sunbathe, and spend time on the beach, yet within an hour and a half drive away in the Sierra Nevada Mountains, you can spend the morning skiing on the slopes there.
This very attractive, newly refurbished apartment is located is one of the best locations and most sought after in Nerja, Calle Carabeo which is situated between the Balcon de Europa, which it overlooks, and one of the most popular beaches in the area, Burriana Beach. The apartment is laid out over 3 floors plus a roof terrace. Three bedrooms, three bathrooms - a lovely modern, fully equipped kitchen and a fantastic entertainment centre with flat screen satellite TV, DVD & CD player. The Villa also
Each room is fitted with ceiling fans although it overlooks the ocean and the sea breezes create a wonderful cool atmosphere. There is a small community pool and a private parking space for one vehicle.
On the ground floor is one bedroom and a powder room (sink and toilet). The first floor has the master bedroom with ensuite bathroom and a third bedroom and a full bathroom with shower. The second floor (third level) has the kitchen, diningroom and salon with access to a balcony furnished with patio furniture . The roof terrace is accessed by a spiral staircase from the balcony.
