Welcome to the beautiful Villa La Loma, in fantastic Nerja! A wonderful privately owned, air conditioned, villa, set in an elevated position, and boasting the most wonderful views of the Mediterranean and surrounding mountains. Nerja and it's old quarter, are easily reachable, and there you will find the famous and beautiful Balcon de Europa, with it's many restaurants and pavement cafe's and the most wonderful views of the coastline! This Self Catering Luxury Villa has a fabulous Private pool and is ideal family accommodation for up to 8 persons at a very reasonable price. The villa is within its own grounds and just 5 minutes drive, on the outskirts of Nerja, on the Frigiliana Road.

The Villa has 2 bedrooms each with en-suite bathrooms ,kitchen,open plan lounge with dining area and a separate W.C on the upper level.

There is also a self contained apartment with 2 twin bed bedrooms to sleep 4 persons with bathroom and separate kitchen on the lower level.Both the upper and lower levels are self contained and fully equipped with fridge/freezer,microwave,oven and cooker.The upper level also has a washing machine.The villa is also equipped with SKY TV,WIFI internet and a music centre.The upper level has air conditioning in the living area and fans in the bedrooms.The apartment has air conditioning in both bedrooms.

The villa has beautiful spacious balconies and terrace areas where the magnificient and panoramic scenery to both the mediterranean sea and mountains can be viewed and enjoyed. There is an extensive BBQ area with large granite table to accommodate around 10 people. The villa has a beautiful private pool which measures approx.8 meters X 4 meters with a depth of approx.1.2 meters at the shallow end and 2 meters at the deep end.There are extensive terraces around the pool with sunbeds,sitting areas and a bar area under a shaded pergola with magnificient views to the sea.

The villa enjoys an elevated position on a private hill with magnificient and uninterrupted sea and mountain views making it very private together with established gardens, video controlled electric entrance gate,extensive driveway and an abundance of private parking within the grounds. THe villa also has very easy and safe access by car and public transport with a bus stop only 2 minutes away.The owners separate accommodation is within the private grounds and therefore on site for any of your requirements.

The villa can be booked in isolation for up to 4 persons. and the Villa and apartment can be booked together for 5-8 persons at the advertised cost on the website.

Golf is abundant on the Costa Del Sol and within 15 minutes drive from the Villa is one of the many Golf Courses the Costa Del sol is famous for Baviera Golf.

The weather in Nerja is wonderful and Nerja really is the best climate in Europe. On average, Nerja can expect about 200 days per year to be virtually cloudless with high average winter temperatures of 10.5 to 18.2 and yet within a 90 minute drive you can be skiing on the Sierra Nevada Ski slopes.

Nerja has numerous amenities, restaurants, beaches, shops and the world famous Balcon De Europe.

The two-week holiday in June 2009 was for my wife’s 50th birthday and we wanted somewhere extra special to celebrate this occasion, we were not disappointed.We arrived at the Villa to be greeted by it’s owner who showed us all the facilities the Villa had to offer, He not only made us feel immediately welcome but he is now a firm friend.

The Villa was everything we wanted, spacious, great pool, poolside bar, barbeque area and fantastic views. We felt at home and completely secure. Every day we would all relax around the pool, nothing distracted the enjoyment we got from the Villa;

I would highly recommended this Villa as the ideal location for total relaxation or the perfect location to explore southern Spain.

The Villa comfortably sleeps 4 persons with two bedrooms a kitchen, lounge and bathroom on the upper floor. There is also a self contained 2 bedroomed apartment, separate kitchen, bathroom and dining area on the lower floor. The villa is very private with a video controlled electronic entry gate and extensive drive and parking area. The owners villa is also within the private grounds and therefore on site for any of your requirements.
