This Three bedroom villa boasts two terraces, balconies and a courtyard. Villa Bonita is a beautiful villa that is situated in a peaceful area of La Noria with spectacular views to the mountains and the sea. The villa is built on three levels. As you enter the villa into the hallway, the lounge and kitchen, dining area and main terrace are located on the middle floor. Below are the two bedrooms, and above is the other bedroom and roof terrace. This villa sleeps 6 people.

The house has recently been refurbished to a very, and we say a very high standard! The furniture and decor are all new, with lovely marble floors throughout. No expense has been spared to give you everything you need. In the lounge there is a large Satellite TV (Sky), DVD, Hi-Fi with CD. and for cooling down in the Summer there is air-conditioning, as well as heating in the Winter. The Kitchen has everything you ever could need including a dishwasher. There is a cloakroom with W.C and basin. You can enjoy the comfort of Air-conditioning at an extra cost.
The bedrooms below are very spacious, especially the Master bedroom which boast an en-suite, and sliding doors onto a small balcony leading down to the private garden.

La Noria has a tennis court and also a good sized pool with grass area for sunbathing extending out towards the view of the mountains and sea.

Discounts are available for winter rentals of 2+ weeks. A 30% deposit is required when booking with the balance due 6 weeks before departure. Both are non-refundable and are payable by cheque or bank transfer.
