This Self Catering Luxury Villa has a fabulous Private Pool and is ideal family accommodation for up to 6 persons at a low budget and affordable price. This holiday Villa is within 300 metres from Playazo beach and within walking distance of all the lovely beaches that Nerja has on offer.
Golf is abundant on the Costa Del Sol and there are many Golf courses to choose from. Within 15 minutes drive from the Villa is one its many Golf Courses the Costa Del sol is famous for, Baviera Golf.
Nerja has a wonderful ideal all year round climate which really is the best in Europe. On average, Nerja can expect about 200 days per year to be sunny and virtually cloudless average temperatures of 17C in the winter and 34C in summer. Nerja is an ideal base for those wishing to visit and explore the other wonders of Andalucia or Granada, where within a 90 minute drive, in the winter months, you can be skiing on the Sierra Nevada Ski slopes.
The Villa has attractive terraces with a barbecue area and outdoor shower cubicle.There is a spacious and comfortable lounge with patio doors leading to the terrace.The lounge also has Sky satellite television.
The fully equipped kitchen and dining area has a dishwasher, washing machine and microwave.There are three double bedrooms, two have doors leading to balcony with views to Nerja and the surrounding countryside. There are two bathroom/showers.
The nearest beach is only five minutes walk away, and Nerja town centre and beaches are within a twenty minute walk, or just a few minutes by car or bus.
Punta Lara is itself an urbanisation, offering the use of a communal pool, sunbathing areas, bars and restaurants.
Nerja is a small town with beautiful natural scenery situated on the eastern Cost del Sol, about 52Km along the coastal N340 from Malaga airport. The beaches are a combination of small sandy coves and long stretches of sand, and the town is set between the blue waters of the Mediterranean and the backdrop of spectacular mountains which can be reached just a short drive from the Villa.
Much of Nerja charm comes from its narrow winding streets with an abundance of bars, restaurants and fascinating shops. A stroll to the famous Balcon de Europa is a must.
Close by are the famous Nerja Caves, one of Spains finest tourist attractions. Underground caverns with stalagmites, stalactites and the worlds widest column reaching a height of 32 metres.
About one and a half hours drive away is the historic city of Granada with its beautiful and famous Alhambra Palace, well worth a visit.
Just 5k away is the old white washed mountain village of Frigliana, a great place to walk amidst a national monument and have lunch in one of the many typical bars and cafes whilst enjoying views over the mountains down to Nerja and the sea.
Nerja has activities for all times of the year. The 7 beaches, range from small quiet coves to larger ones with family restaurants. These have provision for fun activities including pedalos, windsurfing, paragliding and scuba diving. There are tennis courts, petanqua courts, and an indoor swimming pool and sports centre, all open to the public. Nerja also boasts a theatre and cinema featuring entertainment in both English and Spanish languages.
About 20 minutes drive away is an Aqua Park open during summer months and several golf courses. Nerja and other surrounding villages have several fiestas during the year, most culminating in a colourful display of flamenco dancing in the street or one of the old village squares.
