This beautiful "Air Conditioned" 2 bedroom "Self Catering Apartment" provides lovely "accommodation in Nerja" for up to 5 persons for either a "Holiday Summer let" or "Winter Accommodation" to escape the cold winter months enjoying the winter sun which your "Nerja holiday" will undoubtedly provide. For those who like to play tennis the apartment provides a tennis court right on your doorstep.
This "apartment in Nerja" is 75 sq meters with livingroom, 2 bedrooms and an American kitchen. In one bedroom double bed and in other bedroom two beds (one 80cm wide and one 140cm wide). The living room has a massage chair and sofa. TV with satellite channels, dvd, cd-player. The apartment also has pay-as-you-go WIFI. A hair dryer and iron and ironing board are also provided
Kitchen: fridge, freezer, microwave oven, gas cooker with oven, fully equipped w/ pots and kitchen utensils, deep fryer, kettle, toaster and coffee maker.
Bathroom: bathtub, shower. Washing machine
"Air conditioning" is provided in the living room + an extra radiator. Ceiling fans in all rooms and 2 ceiling fans in the living room.
This "Nerja apartment" has easy access, steps to house being minimal. A ramp is provided to give access to the "Communal Pool" and good stairs in the pool. Ideal for those who have problems walking and need to use a wheelchair.
The "Large Communal Pool" area has showers and toilets with fantastic views and is open daily from 9am to 10pm at night from April until October.
The apartment is ideally situated for those people who prefer peace and tranquillity.
La Noria has a beautiful restaurant which is 5 minutes walk from the apartment. The flat and the pool area enjoy beautiful views from the terrace both to the sea and the mountains.The pool area has sun all day until the sun goes down at night.
Plenty of parking outside.
Bus stop is 5 minutes walk.
10 minutes drive to nearest golf course Baviera 2 hours drive to skiing in winter. Close to the mountains for climbing, walking etc. Caves for speleology and caving 10 minutes drive.
Nerja / Punta Lara area

All linen and towels (except beach towels) are provided and the villa is equipped with a television that receives Freeview English channels. Car hire, scooter hire and airport pickup can be arranged.
