An exceptionally beautiful, newly refurbished to a high standard, fully air conditioned authentic Spanish villa, with wonderful views of an old Roman pathway amidst green countryside, meandering down to the beach and the blue Mediterranean. The view of the Roman pathway includes an amazingly picturesque protected area, directly behind the Villa giving wonderful and fresh uninterrupted views of the Nerja countryside. All this, yet still within 25 minutes easy walking distance to the town and beach, and just 5 minutes drive.   The villa has everything anyone could wish for, including lots of space, and a beautiful garden and good sized very private salt water pool, in a truly fantastic setting.  At night time, the pool is lit from within, and the delightfully furnished outside space around it, provides a wonderful oasis of cool on the adjacent terraces - perfect for dining, relaxing with a refreshing drink, and of course, in the daytime, this area provides a wonderful secluded place perfect for topping up a tan! Villa Flores invites you in, and thereafter, it is difficult to leave this truly lovely Spanish home.

The villa has 4 bedrooms: 2 with a double bed, 2 with 2 single beds
One of them with a bathroom en suite.

There are in total 3 bathrooms in the house.

The house is set for 8 persons.

The house has just been renovated with a new relocated kitchen completed 1st of June 2016

Air conditioning is fitted throughout the Villa.

The kitchen has been moved to the ground floor perfect for al fresco dining.

The kitchen contains the following new white goods:
Washing machine, dishwasher and an American fridge and new kitchen furniture throughout.

The pool has been updated to a salt-water heated pool which will be fully functional throughout the winter months.

Garden furniture has been purchased to seat 10 persons.

Dining table for 8 - 12 persons. Lounge set for 8 persons, 8 sunbeds are provided incl. mattresses.

A Weber gas grill has beenprovided; perfect for al fresco dining on this beautiful terraced area which is also equipped with with a log fire for the cooler winter evenings.

Inside the house most of the furniture has been updated. There is a Smart TV - 48 inches with UK, Spanish and Scandinavian
channels and a DVD player.

There is free internet connection in the house .

Final cleaning is included in all fees. If extra cleaning it may be charged for.

Again please note our lovely villas are aimed at familly use. Groups of youngsters not supervised or students are not welcome. In this respect we reserve the right to refuse admission.
