On average, Torrox can expect about 200 days per year to be sunny and virtually cloudless with high average winter temperatures of 10.5 to 18.2 and yet within a 90 minute drive you can be skiing on the Sierra Nevada Ski slopes.

The house has been completely renovated. and boasts a fabulous roof terrace. The interior has been tastefully furnished in Spanish style which includes a fitted kitchen with washing machine, fridge freezer, electric oven and hob and microwave.

The lounge area is very comfortably furnished and comes with a ceiling fan, freeview TV, and CD player with radio.

Stepping out on to the roof terrace, which spans the whole width and length of the property, you will find a table and chairs, which is excellent for alfresco dining or just taking the sun that the Costa Del Sol virtualy always has on offer. Sun loungers are also provided.

Torrox Pueblo (village) has all the charm and beauty of an Andalusian village, with whitewashed houses, and narrow winding streets, and of course, a lovely village square, with pavement cafes and wonderful views. The village is protected by a natural mountain park, and has gained the title of “Best climate in Europe”.

Within a 5 minute drive you can be on Torrox Costa where there is a long promenade with many restaurants and bars to suit all tastes. Sun beds can be hired at very reasonable rates. There are also plenty of Supermarkets.
