The climate in Nerja is wonderful and really is the best in Europe. On average, Nerja can expect about 200 days per year to be virtually cloudless with high average winter temperatures of 10.5 to 18.2 and yet within a 90 minute drive you can be skiing on the Sierra Nevada Ski slopes.

This property comes with a open plan lounge / Dining area, separate kitchen,full bathroom, one double bedroom and one twin bedroom. There is a covered terrace where you can eat breakfast and a large roof terrace for sunbathing and BBQ’s.

There is ample free parking spaces immediately outside the property and in the streets nearby. You virtually walk out of the villa into a fantastic swimming pool with snack bar and restaurant. The snack bar is particularly renowned in the area as being of excellent standard and price, where Miguel and his family serve food daily from around 10am to late. The pool has a separate children's area and a large adult pool. When the pool is open, there is a lifeguard on duty at all times, making it safe for all standards of swimmers. It is an extremely good place to just relax and sunbathe amongst the lovely palm trees. There are also 2 lovely bar / restaurants within the urbinisation where food is served and several other great restaurants within a five minute stroll.

The villa is 800mtrs from Playa Playazo which it overlooks, from where you can go for a stroll and discover a number of chiringuitos and sample the delights of spanish cuisine and the wonderful, but yet inexpensive, local vino. Playa Playazo links directly to the beautiful Playa Torrecilla and Nerja town. This is a beautiful 20 minute stroll along the waters edge whilst soaking up the fantastic Costa Del Sol sun.
