Property Description
This a very spacious beautiful three bedroom Andalucian villa. Peaceful surroundings with spectacular and panoramic sea mountain and garden views. Just five minutes walk from the beach.
The property consists of 3 double bedrooms (2 double and 1 twin), 2 bathrooms both with showers, a spacious lounge area, a very modern kitchen with every appliance you may require and a large south facing terrace.

Living Area:
The villa has a very spacious lounge area which is beautifully furnished and decorated The lounge has free View TV and a radio cassette player. It also has a fitted gas fire for the cooler winter evenings.

Kitchen Facilities:

There is a fully fitted kitchen with a separate utility room with dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer.

Outside:

There is a very large south facing terrace area with fabulous views of the sea and surrounding mountain range where garden furniture and sun beds are provided. There is plenty of public parking nearby. You virtually walk out of the villa into a fantastic swimming pool with snack bar and restaurant. The snack bar is particularly renowned in the area as being of excellent standard and price, where Miguel and his family serve food daily from around 10am to late.

The villa is 800mtrs from Playa Playazo which it overlooks, from where you can go for a stroll and discover a number of chiringuitos and sample the delights of spanish cuisine and the wonderful, but yet inexpensive, local vino. Playa Playazo links directly to the beautiful Playa Torrecilla and Nerja town. This is a beautiful 20 minute stroll along the waters edge whilst soaking up the fantastic Costa Del Sol sun.

Nerja is the ideal holiday destination with something for everyone. With pretty winding streets full of white washed properties it is a wonderful place to take an evening stroll. The focal point of the town is the 'Balcon de Europa' where holidaymakers and locals alike congregate to enjoy the views and a refreshing drink or two. There are plenty of excellent restaurants and bars in the area many of which offer alfresco dining. For the young set 'Tutti Frutti' square offers many late night bars and dancing until the early hours. There are several good sized beaches and sandy coves, the largest being the Burriana beach which offers good parking facilities and a number of very good beach bars and restaurants. Recommended excursions include the caves of Nerja in nearby Maro, the white washed 15th century village of Frigiliana and Marinas del Este in La Herradura. In addition, the Al-Hambra Palace in the beautiful old city of Granada.

The climate in Nerja is wonderful and really is the best in Europe. In the winter months, the temperature can be easily warm enough to sunbathe, and spend time on the beach, yet within an hour and a half drive away in the Sierra Nevada Mountains, you can spend the morning skiing on the slopes there.

Set on the beautiful white urbanisation of Punta Lara, Casa Lara boasts a fabulous community pool in a tropical setting, which is just two minutes walk from the property. The pool, is renowned in the area, as the best community pool in Nerja. It provides a permanent lifeguard, children’s pool and a wonderful bar restaurant which is open from May to October, providing excellent snacks and meals at unbelievable prices.

Nerja is awash with fantastic restaurants, from tapas bars aplenty, to the finest dining experiences. There are also fantastic shops, and bars and cafes, where you can sit and relax, and take in the many fantastic views.
