The apartment boasts a fantastic rooftop swimming pool, with wonderful views of the Burriana Beach, and of the surrounding coastline and mountains.  Walk outside the front door, into a lovely private Spanish courtyard, where you can relax at your leisure in the cool shade.  Just to your right of the front door, you will find an elevator which will whisk you to the roof pool if you prefer not to walk up the stairs.  So many aspects to this gorgeous apartment, including a large terrace, where you can dine Al fresco, with the terrace completely open, or, in the winter months, the terrace can be enclosed with pretty windows that can be fitted and removed as you like.

The apartment is beautifully furnished, and one of the excellent quality sofas in the lounge, is a superb sofa bed, in addition to the bed in the double bedroom.  The latter can either be used as two singles, or zipped together as a very comfortable double.  The bathroom has a bath and shower.  The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need, including oven and hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, water filter, washing machine etc.  The dining area is particularly beautiful - light and airy in summer, and enclosed and cosy in the cooler evenings of the winter months, with lovely feature lighting creating a wonderful ambiance for either drinks and/or dining.
