The accommodation is on 3 levels with a roof terrrace on 2 seperate levels with a seperate kitchen which is fully equiped with everything you would need for a short or long term stay including fridge /freezer, microwave and electric cooker. In addition, the villa benefits from two bedrooms one with en suite bathroom and its own balcony and one with a seperate shower room The villa has a large sitting room / dining area (equipped with satellite TV). Guests can choose to relax and soak up the sun on the large ground floor garden terrace, the first floor south facing terrace or the roof terrace which enjoys 360 degree panoramic and stunning views of the surrounding sea and mountains.Fabulous community pool 50 yards away which is solely for the residents on this small urbinisation and is therefore never crowded open from May to October. Garden furniture and a barbecue are provided. All linen and towels (except beach towels) are also provided and the villa is equipped with washing machine, iron and log burning fire, for the cooler evenings in the winter months. Air conditioning which doubles up as heating for the cooler winter nights is provided. Playa Playazo links directly to the beautiful Playa Torrecilla and Nerja town, this is a beautiful 20 minute stroll along the waters edge whilst soaking up the fantastic Costa Del Sol sun.
