On average, Nerja can expect about 200 days per year to be sunny and virtually cloudless with high average winter temperatures of 10.5 to 18.2 and yet within a 90 minute drive you can be skiing on the Sierra Nevada Ski slopes.

There is a large terrace area for relaxing or entertaining. The apartment is located directly in front of the wonderful Burriana Beach which has been awarded the Blue Flag of the European Union on numerous occasions.

The property is very spacious and has 3 pretty bedrooms (2 double, 1 twin)and 2 bathrooms (1 en-suite). In the lovely dining/lounge area there is a dining table with chairs, corner sofa with coffee table, Sky TV and video. A selection of books, videos, board games, dominoes and cards are provided for your entertainment.
Kitchen Facilities
Fully fitted kitchen... Fridge/freezer, oven with hob, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, washing machine and dishwasher. Iron and ironing board also provided.
Outside
The large terrace has a parasol, shower, sun loungers and a table for drinks. This spacious area is ideal for dining al fresco for either lunch or evening meal with dining table and chairs provided.

A supermarket is situated directly below the apartment. Souvenir shops, ice cream parlours, bars and restaurants all located along the beach front.
If you walk into the town (5 minutes) you have a choice of over 350 bars and restaurants.
Nerja market is on Tuesdays and Sundays. Frigiliana market is on Thursdays.
