On average, Nerja can expect about 200 days per year to be sunny and virtually cloudless with high average winter temperatures of 10.5 to 18.2 and yet within a 90 minute drive you can be skiing on the Sierra Nevada Ski slopes.

This is a beautiful two bedroom apartment in Oasis de Capistrano, Nerja. The apartment consists of one double and one twin room with fitted wardrobes in both bedrooms.There is a newly refurbished shower room and a newly fitted kitchen with electric oven, ceramic hob, washer, fridge and seperate freezer plus additional wine cooler.

The lounge with dining area has a dining table for four which can be extended.There is cable TV and a DVD player plus CD player.

There are new leather sofas to seat five.There is a safe within the apartment for valuables plus security reja bars on all windows and doors. From the lounge is a large 50 sq metre terrace which overlooks the superb gardens and out to sea.The terrace faces both west and southwest and is in the sun all day until sunset.

On the terrace is a large patio dining table and chairs, there is also a raised cocktail table overlooking the gardens and sea which makes a pleasant spot to sit in the evening.There are sun longers on the patio and an awning and umbrella for shade when required.

Oasis de Capistrano is settled in a beautiful landscaped valley on the outskirts of the charming old town of Nerja. Set against a stunning backdrop of mountains and only a short distance from the sparkling Mediterranean, the village is a superb holiday base and a favourite for visitors year after year.

Oasis is surrounded by beautiful gardens acknowledged as the finest in Nerja and there are two main pools and one childrens pool on sight.There are two excellent restaurants on sight plus other bars and restaurants within easy walking distance.The beach is a fifteen minute walk and the town is twenty minutes.
