Villa 100 metres from Burriana Beach- Beautiful 5 bedroom Villa with Communal Pool overlooking Burriana Beach in wonderful Nerja. This Self Catering Villa is ideal family accommodation for up to 10 persons. The Villa is within easy walking distance of all the lovely beaches that and restaurants that Nerja has to offer and also the famous Balcon de Europe.

Golf is abundant on the Costa Del Sol and within 15 minutes drive from the Villa is one of the many Golf Courses the Costa Del sol is famous for Baviera Golf.

Nerja has a wonderful ideal all year round climate which really is the best in Europe. On average, Nerja can expect about 200 days per year to be sunny and virtually cloudless with high average winter temperatures of 10.5 to 18.2 and yet within a 90 minute drive you can be skiing on the Sierra Nevada Ski slopes.

This 5 bedroom, 5 bathroom, Spanish style villa is less than 100m from Burriana Beach. The garden and communal pool area is located in front of the house. The Burriana Beach has been awarded the Blue Flag of the European Union on numerous occasions and is an ideal place for snorkelling and various watersports in the Summer. The Balcon de Europa, situated in the centre of Nerja, is only a 10 minute walk from the villa.

2 x Double Bedrooms and 3 x Twin Bedrooms. Each bedroom has en-suite/private bathrooms. Three have showers with WC and two have baths with shower-overs and WC. Some bedrooms have garden or beach views. There is a separate WC and basin on the ground floor.

The kitchen is fully fitted and includes fridge/freezer, oven with hob, microwave, coffee machine, juicer, toaster and dishwasher. The utility room has a washing machine, an iron and ironing board, a Hoover and a cot and highchair.
The lounge/dining room has an open fireplace, 3 sofas, chairs & coffee table, Sky TV & DVD, CD/tape player, dining table and chairs.

Four large windows and doors lead onto the terrace and overlook the beach. The terrace has a built-in BBQ, patio table & chairs, sun loungers & sun umbrellas. There is also a smaller table and chairs in the garden, next to the pool, on the East side of the villa.Ceiling fans fitted in all rooms. Electric heaters are available in the winter months and the open fireplace in the living room can be used for log fires.

Clean towels and linen are supplied. You only need beach towels. Linen changed before arrival and after departure. Additional cleaning can be arranged upon request.

A supermarket, souvenir shops, ice cream parlours, bars and restaurants are all located along the beach front. If you walk into the town (5 minutes) you have a choice of over 350 bars and restaurants.
Nerja market is on Tuesdays and Sundays. Frigiliana market is on Thursdays.

Booking: A 20% deposit is required to secure any booking, and the balance is payable 8 weeks before the arrival date. If your travel date is within 8 weeks, then full payment is necessary upon booking.
Please note: Refundable security deposit of £100 is required at time of booking.
