From this beautiful apartment you step right out onto the lovely Torrecilla beach. It is a ground floor apartment, large communal pool, two double bedrooms, fully fitted kitchen. Lounge and bedrooms recently refurbished . The apartment has TV (with Sky channels) DVD and stereo. The apartment is in a quiet position with in easy access to the town centre and Nerjas fabulous restaurants.

The aprtment is suitable for children and disabled persons as there are no steps to climb.

Torrecilla beach:
Located at the bottom of the Town centre (Calle Malaga/Castillo Perez/Chaparil all take you down there) This beach has recently been re-developed to make it wider and deeper.
You can hire sun-beds and umbrellas, and maybe even a pedallo. There are showers on the beach too.
The new promenade makes a nice walk along to Playazo beach, and now extends East past the plaza de la cangrejo.
There are two lovely and popular bar/restaurants right on the beach.

2 bedrooms, living/dining room that seats four, well fitted kitchen with hob, oven, fridge, freezer, iron and ironing board, toaster, microwave and washing machine.

House linen is provided, please bring your own beach towels.

The apartment is in a quiet residential area and has the benefit of Satellite TV.

Facing South and the sea the apartment benefits from all day sun.

Activities within easy reach include golf, sailing, scuba diving, aqua park to name a few, and the ski resorts are only 2 hours drive.

Final cleaning is included in all fees. If extra cleaning it may be charged for.

Again please note our properties are aimed at familly use. Groups of youngsters not supervised or students are not welcome. In this respect we reserve the right to refuse admission.
