The apartment is situated on the 5^th floor, and accessed by elevator or stairs.  On entry, the apartment is immediately bright, modern and airy, with two beautiful good sized bedrooms, a spacious fully tiled modern bathroom with shower, and an excellent spacious modern, and fully equipped kitchen with every facility.  From the lounge, the large windows/patio doors display a fabulous view of the dramatic coastline, where the mountains meet the sea, and palm trees and an array of Mediterranean flowers enhance the whole scene.  Through these patio doors there is a lovely terrace, with table and ample seating, which extends around on two sides, and so gives all day sun.  A perfect place to take in the amazing views, and just watch the world go by….

Meanwhile, you have on hand, many bars, restaurants and shops offering good quality and value for money.  Also, the famous ‘Balcon de Europa’ with it’s wonderful views and pavement cafés and bars, a lovely White Church dominates the square, which is in the centre of town, and just a few minutes stroll away……All in all, an ideal apartment in an ideal location…

Activities within easy reach include golf, sailing, scuba diving, aqua park to name a few, and the ski resorts are only 2 hours drive.
