Wonderful Self Catering 3 bedroom Luxury Apartment in wonderful Nerja on the west side of town. This Self Catering Apartment is ideal family accommodation for up to 6 persons This holiday Apartment has fantastic views of the Mediterranean and the mountain range and is and is very central to all the lovely beaches and Restaurants that Nerja has on offer. It is only a short walk from the Balcon de Europe and within 100 metres you are on Playaza or Torrecilla beach, which I consider to be the best beach in Nerja, as it is not as commercial as Burriana beach and therefore never as crowded.

Nerja has a wonderful ideal all year round climate which really is the best in Europe. On average, Nerja can expect about 320 days per year of sun with high average winter temperatures of 10.5 to 18.2 and yet within a 90 minute drive you can be skiing on the Sierra Nevada Ski slopes. Golf is abundant on the Costa Del Sol and within 15 minutes drive from the Villa is one of the many Golf Courses the Costa Del sol is famous for Baviera Golf.

This very attractive, 4th floor apartment is located in a very peaceful area to the west side of Nerja town overlooking Playaza beach and the Rio Chillar which has recently been re-developed with a lovely walkway.

The apartment is laid out over 3 floors with a separate sun terrace off the lounge and a roof terrace with great views of the sea and surrounding mountains. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a cloakroom - a lovely modern, fully equipped kitchen. The lounge is beautifully furnished and has a flat screen satellite TV, a CD player and a separate area with a beautiful dining suite for 6 persons.

Both the sun terrace and roof terrace have outside furniture, including sun loungers.
