Nerja has a wonderful ideal all year round climate which really is the best in Europe. On average, Nerja can expect about 200 days per year to be sunny and virtually cloudless with high average winter temperatures of 10.5 to 18.2 and yet within a 90 minute drive you can be skiing on the Sierra Nevada Ski slopes.

These beautiful fully furnished luxury Andalucian style town house's completed in 2003 are situated in a small urbanisation of 23 units with panoramic mountain and sea views. They are sited in maintained communal grounds with a shared swimming pool from where there are sea views.

Fuentersol it is an estate of 23 town houses within maintain communal garden on a hill overlooking the sea and Nerja town in front and mountains behind. The surrounding properties are low rise, Spanish and Andalucian character buildings. Walk to Burriana Beach is 8 minutes. Walk to old town Nerja is about 15 minutes. Nerja is a quaint, Andalucian coastal holiday town which attracts tourists all year round to its picturesque buildings, streets and squares and beaches where there is an excellent array or restaurants cafes and bars. The area is well supplied with shops and supermarkets and there is a local street market on Tuesday morning. The area around the Balcon de Europe has year round high quality street entertainers.

Nearest Beach:
There is an 8 minute walk to Burriana beach, which is an excellent 1km long well maintained beach with showers and WCs, beach and water sports including diving. Boats and pedallos can be rented and there are life guards in season. The beach is lined with indoor and outdoor restaurants that serve meals at all times of the day a paradoor overlooks the beach, bars, some with live entertainment, shops, a mini market and a diving school are also available.

The accommodation is suitable for holidays for families or couples of all ages. We have two similar properties and larger parties could consider renting both properties
