This holiday 1 bederoom apartment overlooks Burriana Beach and is within walking distance of all the lovely beaches and Restaurants that Nerja has on offer.

Golf is abundant on the Costa Del Sol and within 15 minutes drive from the Villa is one of the many Golf Courses the Costa Del sol is famous for Baviera Golf.

Nerja has a wonderful ideal all year round climate which really is the best in Europe. On average, Nerja can expect about 200 days per year to be sunny and virtually cloudless with high average winter temperatures of 10.5 to 18.2 and yet within a 90 minute drive you can be skiing on the Sierra Nevada Ski slopes.

This beautiful self catering apartment which is frontline on Burriana beach has 1 Twin Bedroom and a Sofa Bed in lounge area which will sleep an extra 2 persons.

The bathroom has a bath with shower-over & WC

Fully Fitted Kitchen including hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle and toaster.

The lounge is furnished with a 2 seater sofa, and the dining area has a dining table with chairs. English satellite TV and a DVD player are installed. There is a ceiling fan and heaters are provided during winter months.

The terrace is South West facing and enjoys sea views and sunshine. There is a wind-out sunblind which covers the terrace, should you wish to sit in the shade.

Towels and linen are supplied. You only need beach towels. Linen changed mid-holiday/weekly for all stays over 7 days!

The self catering apartment is all on 1 level, and is suitable for children, the elderly or those with walking difficulties.The apartment is on the ground floor, and there is a ramp in the building to reach the property. A cot is available upon request.

A supermarket, souvenir shops, ice cream parlours, bars and restaurants all located along the beach front. If you walk into the town (5 minutes) you have a choice of over 350 bars and restaurants. Nerja market is on Tuesdays and Sundays. Frigiliana market is on Thursdays.

Nerja has numerous amenities, restaurants, beaches, shops and the world famous Balcon De Europe.

None Refundable Booking 25% deposit is required at time of booking and balance payable 8 weeks before you travel. If travel is within 8 weeks then full payment is necessary at time of booking.
